The breakfast is superb and a nice range of items to choose from. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The WI-FI also worked very well throughout the hotel. Hopefully if I visit again I will attend the stem room

Outstanding service and breakfast. Excellent location a few meters away from the tram. Good restaurants nearby. The accommodation options are simply very expensive in Brussels, and in that context this hotel is a good option.

The rooms are wonderful and perfect if you need to stay in to work. The coffee machine/tea kettle in the room is very convenient. Staff, however, is phenomenal! The nicest, kindest, and most accommodating! Ask the concierge for food recommendations, yo will not be disappointed! Stayed there twice and look forward to staying there again soon!

It was so lovely and the staff were so helpful. The bed was super comfortable and we loved eating our breakfast under the glass roof. The food was amazing! was lovely to see the honey comb from local bees and the amazing selection of breads and pastries cooked fresh every day were magnifique! We celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary on 8th September and treated ourselves to an evening meal and spa session was superb! The receptionists who looked after us were excellent and The lady who hosted us for our evening meal was wonderful 😀sad we didn’t no there names to mention them in person but all the staff were so nice. Thank you all for making our stay so amazing!

Beautiful hotel nestled just outside of the hustle of the main Brussels town centre yet close connections to the train station, outside a main tram stop and a stones throw from lots of points of interest on a scooter. The staff were amazingly helpful (some very witty and humorous) Cleaning was spot on and facilities fantastic. We booked the spa for an hour, which was also lovely. Room service was prompt too. The listing didn’t do it enough justice. Definitely worth a visit.

Almost everything about it we like. It's super clean, classy, friendly, and helpful staff. They let us checked-in even before 15:00. We used the parking lot with an additional amount of 30euro for a day, but actually, they let us park there for more than a day. There is a tram stop nearby as well. We didn't have breakfast there because we knew we would wake up late. Although when we were about to check out, we walked around the restaurant, and it looked terrific and we wondered how wonderful is the food there. There is also a small bakery named Paul about 500m at the end of the street, was fantastic!

The property is beautiful, the reception hall is stunning. the rooms are decent size with plenty of clean towels and air con in the room. The hotel is approx 20 min walk from the centre of Brussels, we walked each day but there is also a tram stop located close by. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he held our bags with no issue and ordered a taxi’s for us when required. We didn’t eat in the hotel during our stay so I cannot comment on the food. There is a cafe close by “Hinterland” I would recommend trying it for breakfast/ lunch, it’s delicious!

Beautiful hotel, lovely interior. Very nice rooms. Very good shower in the bathroom. Hotel staff were very helpful with knowledge on local area. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is a very lovely building inside and out.

The room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly. We will come back for sure! Parking places arr available in front of the hotel.
